- Wimbledon Class:
Wayne Clark has been training since 1996 and assists at Sifu’s Instructor Training class. He also helps teach the Tai Chi Combat Class (2nd Degree Black Belt), Sifu’s Friday Advanced Class class and regular seminars. He has also trained in Hsing Yi
By day Wayne is a university science lecturer. He says
“I started Tai Chi because as a young boy I remembered seeing a demonstration on a Saturday morning TV show. When I saw a news paper advert for Sifu’s classes it brought the memory back – and I decided I had to find out what it was all about. Little did I know how far the journey would take me. I love Tai Chi because it opens the mind to new possibilities!”
The Wimbledon class is held in the St John’s Parish Hall, High Path, which is just south of South Wimbledon Station from 7.30 to 8.30pm. High Path is a one way street which you cannot enter from Morden Road. Instead turn into Merantun Way and then take a left into High Path.
The hall will be on your right hand side before you reach the Church (which is on the left). There is plenty of car parking on the Road outside of the hall. Start dates and free tasters are listed below. Please feel free to pop along to the class and meet us all.

Health & Fitness Benefits
One of the main benefits of Tai Chi is the reduction in blood pressure, but it is also good for breathing, posture, balance, stamina, weight loss and calming of the mind. Practising daily changes your way of thinking and helps with concentration, memory and creativity. It can also help with anxiety, arthritis and back pain, while also helping people boost their inner energy levels and immune systems. The sequence of gentle, flowing exercise movements incorporated into the art help to tone the body, strengthen joints and fight diseases. (With regular practice all of the above benefits can be achieved.) http://taichi-europe.com/category/articles/
