Try a no obligation taster lesson! – Try a lesson and if you love it, just pay the course fees and carry on, but if you decide Tai Chi isn’t for you, pay nothing – simple. Those classes able to offer trial lessons are indicated & shown on the individual class page. If no trial sessions are indicated that means that this class does not, unfortunately, have the ability to offer a trial lessons right now. Please state which areas / classes you are interested in, when you contact us, from the latest classes & start dates below. Places on the day will be limtimed in periods of high demand, in order for us to give you the best possible service, so please book early to avoid disappointment!
